The Hispanic Ministries Department supports the expansion of the Hispanic ministry by doing the following:
- Manage and nurture the Hispanic groups and companies that exist in various Adventist churches throughout the Conference to facilitate congregational growth.
- Recruit and train clergy and lay leaders, and develop training programs in different areas.
- Create resources to facilitate missionary work and develop educational programs for leaders and for members of the congregations.
- Raise the consciousness of how the Hispanic ministry enriches our Church and advocate for the recognition and respect for this ministry.
- Work together with different organizations of the Church and departments of the Church Center.
