The following Mission Statement was voted for the Conference on September 20, 2009:

The Southwest Region Conference exists to motivate, equip and empower its members to experience a personal relationship with Christ; to minister to their neighbors and communities with the Everlasting Gospel; and to nurture them for Christ's soon return.
