Current strategic initiatives:
- November 3rd, 2008: Conference-wide strategic survey distribution completed (confidential survey).
- December 6th, 2008: Surveys completion due back to Strategic Planning Committee.
- April 2009: Tally surveys.
- April - September 2009: Work sessions between the Strategic Planning Committee and Executive Officers to draft vision and mission statements.
- September, 2009: Mission statement voted for the Conference.
- October - December 2009: Strategic Planning Committee work sessions to complete draft of the strategic plan documents (strategic plan, communication plan, and guiding principles).
- December 2009: Present draft of the strategic documents to the Executive Committee.
