Lay Advisory Committee 
The Lay Advisory Committee is composed of 17 members - 8 pastors and 9 laypersons - voted by the constituents of the Southwest Region Conference. The committee meets monthly via teleconference to discuss ways for churches to reach its evangelism goals; to foster church growth; to strengthen the relationship between the pastors, laity, and the Conference administration; and to consider recommendations developed by the laity in the various territories.
